DESCRIPTION: OSHA HAZWOPER Refresher Course, 8 hrs

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Hazardous substance workers and supervisors who have previously completed the 40- or 24- Hour Hazardous Materials/Waste: Health & Safety Course and require annual training to retain their certification.

ABOUT THE COURSE: This course fulfills the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 regulations, paragraph (e)(8) and (q)(8), for persons previously certified in hazardous waste site worker / supervisor's course. The course content is designed to satisfy the proposed accreditation requirements in 29 CFR 1910.121 (h). Proof of prior certification, which is not expired, must be submitted before course registration. Instruction includes the combination of classroom instruction, group interaction and hands-on demonstration.

COURSE MATERIALS REQUIRED: Laptop computer (Preferred) and a sense of humor.
